Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied.

  2. Return Process
    To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team by email at Contact@royalkeyfix.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in your return package.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange. Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Non-returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom-made products, products marked as “Final Sale,” and items that have been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or products purchased through third-party sellers.

  5. Shipping Costs for Returns
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either issue a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
